Healthy Worksites can come to your workplace to give seminars, short courses and workshops on a variety of topics including work/life balance, bullying, organisational health, stress management, women's health issues, men's health issues - you name it and we can deliver it.  Our staff are quite diverse in knowledge and experience and if we don't have the expertise ourselves, we have a strong network to draw from to fulfill your needs.
Creating a Balanced Life

Dr Dion Klein will assist you in how to create more balance in your life from a holistic point of view. If you can invest 1 1/2 hours of your time for three Thursdays, you will learn how to overcome the barriers to creating and maintaining balance and receive strategies and practical ways to create, regain and maintain balance in your life.
Burning Up, Burning Out, Building Up!

Many people are experiencing the onset of burn-out without realising it. After burning out, the journey to getting back on track can be a long one. Dr Dion shares his own experience of burning out, building up and being stronger than before.

Did you know that having tired employees are costly at work?  Mistakes increase, productivity decreases.  This seminar highlights the importance of it and what we can do to get the most out of sleep in order to be more efficient and effective at work and at play.

Nutrition on the Move

We all have busy schedules and out nutrition and healthy eating habits seem to be the first to go having convenient take-aways and fast-food chains at our disposal. Judy combines her passion of food preparation and healthy living for this session and gives you quick and easy ways to eat healthy while on the move.

Posture for Productivity

Poor posture leads to decreased productivity and increase work injuries. The instructor in this session will take you through key points of having and maintaining good posture including core strength conditioning. This will all assist in being more productive at work and having more fun at play!
