Nutrition in the Fast Lane
There is so much information on TV and in magazines that, for the layperson, can be quite confusing to what is fact and what is fiction. The information in this seminar highlights the basics of nutrition and practical solutions in losing weight. Additionally, Judy discusses how aim for healthy eating habits when you don't have time to cook.

Home Based Fitness
Many people prefer to work out at home or enjoy the outdoors and not attend a gym or fitness centre. This session will give you practical ideas on how to maintain fitness at home using items around the house as well as other fitness equipment.

Coach Yourself to Better Health
Dr Dion shares the basis of how BodyAge works and discusses practical ways to incorporate health and fitness into your daily life. There are many activities you can do to increase your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and strength which doesn’t take up much time or impact on the budget. He will also discuss the mental health benefits of getting healthy. This session is a great way to begin reducing your BodyAge.

Have you ever woken from the previous night’s sleep to still feel exhausted? Can you ever catch up on your sleep? What is the proper amount of sleep one should get each night? Judy will give you answers to these questions to help you gain that ‘good night sleep’ which we all long for.

This session reviews the demands on our time from work, family, friends—and how that impacts our physical, mental/emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and financial life. Dr Dion assists you in identifying the imbalances and shares ways of how to get balance back into your life.
