As with every challenge, there will be a variety of exercise experiences for you to enjoy. You can train either on your own, with a friend, in a group, hire a personal trainer, or even join a gym. The most important thing to do is to eat well and exercise!
All instructors are registered with Fitness Australia.

Have introductory workouts at The WISE Academy, 8/14 Brierly Street, Weston (between The Pool Shop and Sassy Hair).
Body Maintenance for Seniors is a 5-week program focusing on how to keep your body in healthy maintenance.
Body Maintenance: Thursdays, 130 - 3 pm; $90
Stretch and Flex
General toning with weights with an emphasis on toning, flexibility and relaxation. An easy to medium workout to break the monotony of the day.
Stretch and Flex: Mondays beginning Sept 24th, 730am – 815 am; $44 for four sessions
Walking with Poles in Weston Creek
Come and try walking with poles - it is similar to nordic or cross country skiing - only on land. It is a great workout and fantastic for those who are just starting out.
Pole-Walking: Tuesdays beginning October 2nd, 730am – 815 am; $44 for four sessions
