Thank you for your interest in Robbo's Fyshwick.com Fitness Challenge. Here you can either register for the event online or download the registration form if you rather pay by fax or post, or if you have formed a team.
Pre-assessments will be conducted between September 18th and October 29th at designated times at 14 Ipswich Street, Fyshwick. Post-assessments will be conducted 6-weeks after your pre-assessment. You will also have the opportunity to get re-assessed the first two weeks of December for an extra fee to be considered for the overall GRAND PRIZE!
Refunds will NOT be given after you complete the pre-assessment.

One-Off Personal Coaching Session
(55 minutes = AUD$60.00)
Having a 'one-off' personal coaching session may be what you need to get you started into an exercise program. Many people don't like committing to a health club membership or may not be able to afford a personal trainer long-term. This one-off option gives you the opportunity to discuss your results with a personal coach and plan a specific program in order to reduce your 'Body Age' over the eight weeks. [Note: This offer is good only as part of the Fyshwick.com Fitness Challenge.]

Body Age Boot Camp
The BodyAgeTM Boot Camp is specifically designed so for reducing your BodyAge. Though no guarantees, each session will focus on the key elements used to determine one's body age including intense cardiovascular training, strength and flexibility. It is designed for the extremists. There will be no more than 12 participants in each group so that you get quality training and supervision. There are two levels of intensity: (1) extreme (those 10 BodyAge years or more under their chronological) and (2) high (those 3-9 BodyAge years under their chronological age). Sessions will be held in Curtin.
